Refund policy

JUSTPRESS sells custom semi-permanent temporary tattoos: each develops in 24–48 hours to a blue-black shade and has a tested wear range of 4–22 days by placement. Sets of 15 spaces start at $19. This policy covers refunds and cancellations for those sets.

Full refund when the problem is ours

If a tattoo doesn’t develop well, has a print problem or doesn’t suit your skin, email support@justpress.shop within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your order in full. No photos, no returns needed.

Changes of mind and wrong sizes

Every set is printed to order, so we can’t refund a design you no longer like or a size chosen by mistake.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge within 1 calendar day of payment. Email us with your order number. After that, your set enters production and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Unused spaces

Spaces you do not use remain in your customer account for future orders. Completed orders deduct only the spaces actually used.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method: PayPal or the card used on the PayPal checkout page.
