RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products (Custom Pet Tattoos), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Since these items are created specifically for you based on your pet's photo, they cannot be resold.

2. Hygiene & Safety
For health and hygiene reasons, all temporary tattoos (including Ready-to-Ship items) are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned once the package is opened.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Resolution: We will offer a free replacement or a full refund for factory defects or shipping damages.

  • Please email us a photo of the damaged item at zhq19981210@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

4. Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, our artists may have already started drawing your design, and a cancellation fee (30% of the purchase price) may apply to cover the design labor.

  • Stock Orders: Cancellations are accepted before the item is shipped.
