Shipping policy

JUSTPRESS sells custom semi-permanent temporary tattoos, printed to order in sets of 15, 36 or 72 spaces from $19. This policy covers how those sets are shipped.

Every order is printed for you and ships within 2 business days.

Every order is printed and shipped from China.

United States

• Standard USPS, tracked: $6.85, free on orders of $39 or more. Usually arrives 8–12 days after it ships.
• FedEx Express, tracked: $24.99. Usually arrives 4–7 days after it ships.
• U.S. duties are included.
• We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Not there 35 days after it ships? Email support@justpress.shop with your order number and we’ll reprint and resend it free.

Other countries

• After dispatch: U.K. and Europe 8–12 business days, Canada and Australia 10–20 business days, other regions 15–25 business days.
• Shipping is shown at checkout. Import duties are collected by the destination country.

Tracking

• Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours to start updating.

If a tattoo doesn’t develop well

If a tattoo doesn’t develop well, has a print problem or doesn’t suit your skin, email support@justpress.shop within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your order in full. No photos, no returns needed.

Every order includes an instruction card, a pre-moistened application pad and your designs, each cut and packed on its own.
