1. Production Time (Processing Time)
Since our products involve custom design and printing, please allow time for us to create your order:

Ready-to-Ship Items: 1-3 business days.

Custom Pet Tattoos: 3-5 business days (for drawing, printing, and drying).

Note: During high-volume periods (like Christmas), production may take up to 7 business days.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Once your order is produced and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

United States: 8-15 business days.

United Kingdom / Europe: 8-15 business days.

Canada / Australia: 10-20 business days.

3. Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
4. Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
