OVERVIEW
Welcome to JUSTPRESS. These Terms of Service govern your use of justpress.shop and any purchase made through our online store. JUSTPRESS is operated by Hangzhou Huixiang Culture Media Co., Ltd., based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online commerce platform. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be old enough to make a purchase under the law that applies to you, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and not to use the store for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We describe our products and show their images as accurately as reasonably possible. Display settings may affect how a color appears on your device. Each set is printed for the order you place. Product availability and features may change, and we may limit or decline an order when required to operate the store or comply with law.

SECTION 3 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the store and may change before an order is placed. We accept payment through PayPal; you may also choose a credit or debit card on the PayPal checkout page. We do not sell gift cards. Any shipping charges and applicable taxes shown at checkout form part of your order total.

SECTION 4 - ORDER INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information so we can process and deliver your order. We may contact you if information is missing or if we cannot fulfill an order. If an order is cancelled by us after payment, we will return the payment to the original payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Each set is printed for your order and ships within 2 business days. U.S. standard shipping (USPS) is $6.85 per order, free on orders of $39 or more, and includes U.S. import duties (DDP). For other available destinations, rates are shown at checkout and local import duties may apply. SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If a tattoo doesn’t develop well, has a print problem or doesn’t suit your skin, email support@justpress.shop within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order in full; no photos or returns are needed. Every set is printed to order, so we do not refund a change of mind or a size chosen by mistake. You may cancel free of charge within 1 calendar day of payment; after that, your set enters production and cannot be cancelled. See our Refund Policy: https://justpress.shop/policies/refund-policy.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site, its text, graphics, designs, photographs and other content are owned by JUSTPRESS or used with permission. Access to the store does not transfer ownership of that content. You may use the site to shop and view products, but may not copy or exploit store content without permission except where the law allows it.

SECTION 8 - CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS
When you upload artwork, photos or text for an order, you confirm that you have the right to submit and use that material for the requested product. You permit us to use the submitted material to produce and fulfill your order. Do not submit material that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The site may use or link to services operated by other parties, including payment providers, carriers and review tools. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We do not control third-party websites.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Shopify provides the commerce platform that powers this store. Purchases through JUSTPRESS are transactions directly between you and JUSTPRESS. Shopify is not the seller of the products and does not fulfill your order or handle product support. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

SECTION 11 - ACCURACY AND SITE AVAILABILITY
We try to keep store information current but cannot promise that every page is always free of errors or interruptions. If we find an error affecting your order, we may contact you to correct it or cancel the order and return your payment.

SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, malicious code, interference with the service, or attempts to obtain access to data or systems without authorization. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the store and its customers.

SECTION 13 - WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Except for promises expressly stated in these Terms and our policies, the site and its content are provided as available, subject to rights and warranties that cannot be excluded by law. We are responsible for our products and obligations as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited.

SECTION 14 - SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with policies linked from the store and any order-specific terms shown before purchase, form the agreement governing your use of the store and your order.

SECTION 15 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

SECTION 16 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
Applicable law governs these Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the store or a purchase. Mandatory consumer protections and any court or dispute-resolution rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.
