Refunds

If a tattoo doesn’t develop well, has a print problem or doesn’t suit your skin, email support@justpress.shop within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your order in full. No photos, no returns needed.

Cancel free within one calendar day of paying. After that your set goes to print. Every set is printed to order, so we can’t refund a design you no longer like or a size chosen by mistake.
