Four checks before you upload
Skin is not paper. In each pair, the small picture is the file you upload and the big one is how it prints on skin. Left goes wrong, right is the fix.

Questions
What makes a good photo tattoo?
Choose a sharp, well-lit photo with one clear subject that fills most of the frame. It prints in one solid blue-black ink, with no grey tones, so strong contrast helps; Woodcut in the editor turns a photo into tattoo-style strokes. Faces and pets read best at larger sizes.
Can I make a tattoo of my pet?
Yes. Upload a clear, close photo of your pet, then position it and choose the size in the editor. If you want, the editor can clear a busy background around your pet, on your device; you can undo it. You see the result before you add it to your set.
Can I use my own handwriting?
Yes. Write in dark pen on plain white paper, photograph it flat in daylight or scan it, and upload it. Background in the editor clears the paper around your writing.
Which files can I upload?
JPG or PNG, up to 20 MB: a photo from your phone, a scan or an exported file. A transparent background works, but it is not needed.
My iPhone photo is HEIC. What do I do?
Save or share it as a JPG first. To take JPG photos from now on, go to Settings › Camera › Formats and choose Most Compatible.
Can I upload a color photo?
Yes. It prints in one solid blue-black ink, with no grey tones. A photo prints as it is unless you convert it: as uploaded, its darker lines and shapes become ink and the rest stays bare skin. Woodcut turns it into bold tattoo-style strokes, with solid eyes and nose. The preview shows exactly what prints.
What does the preview show?
Exactly what prints: one blue-black ink, at its real size, after our printer’s limits on very fine lines and tight gaps. It flags anything that will be lost. It runs on your device.
How small can it be?
Any of 27 sizes, from 1 × 1 in. Bold, simple shapes stay clear at small sizes. Faces, script and detailed photos need more room for the detail to show.
Can I order the same design twice?
Yes, for matching tattoos or a spare. Set the quantity in your cart; each copy uses its own spaces.
Who can see my upload?
Only the people handling your order. It is used only to print your order, never for ads, marketing or AI training. Your photo, privately
Can I upload any image?
Upload only images you made or have permission to use: your own art and photos, or a drawing someone gave you.
Do you use AI or redraw my photo?
Nobody redraws it and nothing is generated: we print the image you upload, turned into ink at your size. To clear a busy background, a small model can find your pet or subject right on your device; the photo isn’t sent anywhere for that, and you can undo it.
How do I apply it?
Each design arrives cut and packed on its own, with the steps. Clean and wet the skin with the pre-moistened pad, press the design on and hold for 20–30 seconds, then peel off the film. It develops over 24–48 hours.
What if the print is not right?
If a tattoo doesn’t develop well, has a print problem or doesn’t suit your skin, email support@justpress.shop within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your order in full. No photos, no returns needed.
What happens to spaces I don’t use?
They stay in your account and carry over to your next set.

Drag the art to move it, pinch to resize, twist to turn.
Prints as you uploaded it, every shade kept.
Background clears a plain backdrop from the edges in. Hold to compare with your file.
